RESOLUTION NO. 34
A ZESOLUTION CF THE CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
9ECLASSIFIC.ATION FRCM ZONE R-3 TG
ZONE R-1 OF A PORTION OF CERTAIN PROFERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

Planning Commission did adopt Resolution of Intention No. 2 to change 9
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September, 1957 the Carlsbad City 8
resolve as follows:

22 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found the following fact

1. That the lot area and boundary line is inconsistent with other 1 24

on Grand Avenue being R-1 and the Southerly section being in R-2
28 NOW, THERE.FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the reclassificatior
