A RESOLUTION OF THE: CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
RECLASSIFICATION FROM ZONE C-2 TO ZONE R-P OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

a WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 1Qth day of Sep
9 1957, adopt Resolution of Intention No. 3 to change certain designated
10 property in the City of Carlsbad from Zone C-2 to Zone R-P; and
11 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 8th day of Octo]

reclassification from Zone +~-2(General Commercial) to Zoce R-P(Res 13

19 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has found the following fac

to the City Council for its attention in the manner prescribed by law. 30
AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forw 29

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the reclassification 27
