The City Planning Commission of the City of Garlsbad does resolv

follows:
WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on July 29 s 1957

provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and 8
Carlsbad, California, requesting a change of zone classification under t 7
petition of Marie Dorninguez and Bertha Dominguez, 3059 Madison Stree
9 WHEXEAS, the, City of Carlsbad Planning Commission did on the

(3) That there are no written or' oral protests; and 21
uses which are allowed in a R-P Zone; 20

(1) That it is not inconsistent with any of the- plans of the City or 2 18

WHEWEAS, the Planning Commission has found the follawing factr 16

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reciassification

Carlsbad Townsite, be recommended to be approved as submitted,

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by 29
