CAXLSBAD LANDS, MAP NO. 1661, IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD. 35-44-4, PCRTIQN OF TRACT NO. 117, 6 /I 7 WHEREAS, CHARLINE &I. INGRAHAM did apply for a variance 8 Code No., 35-44-4, portion of Tr'act 'No. ll?, Carlsbad Lands, as shop 9 allow construction of an additional dwelling on a lot described as Asse; 10 Map No. 166 1; and 11 SVHEIIEAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish : 12 WHEREAS, there were no protests registered by the surroundin, 14 195'9 at 7:30 P.M.; and 13 notice of bearing on August 29, 1957, of a hearing to be held on Septen 15 /I property owners, 16 as requested, subject to the following conditions: 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the- variance be app 18 1. That the owner cannot sever the property. 19 3. That a multiple zoning (3-3) be taken off the rear portion of t 20 2. That a 10 foot driveway be paved to the rear portion of the pr property and that the entire lot be zoned to R-1. 21 22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said variance is hereby grante 23 11 due to the following reasons: 24 25 1. That the lot is excess in depth; 2. That the lot lies within two zones; and 26 11 Z7 II 3. That the Planning Consultant feels. that the variance is justifit PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of th, 28 by the following vote: 29 Carlsbad City Planning Commission held on the 10th day .zf September, 30 31 32 // I1 e e 1 2 3 4 AYES: Chairman Baurngartner , Commissioners Fennel, Jarvie, Yourell and Engelmann.
