the Carlsbad Union Church, on property legally described as all of Lo. 9

WHEREAS, the CARLSBAD UNION CHURCH, represented by Be 6

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Cornmission did publish c 11
24 , 25 and 26 in Block 58 of Carlsbad Townsite , in the City of Carlsba
12 notice of hearing on October 17, 1957, of a hearing to be held on Octot

and parties who desired to be heard; and 16
the recommendations, objections, protests and comments of all indivic 15
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the Planning Commission rece 14
1957 at 7:30 P.M.; and
17 WHEREA.S, thereafler the said Planning Commission considered

and every recommendation, objection, protest and comment raised by
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that since in the opinion

hereby granted to the Carlsbad Union Church in accordance with the de 24
