CA2LSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 11, TERXAMAR UNIT NO. 1, MAP NO. 823, IN THE CITY OF CAXLSBAD. 6 7 WHEREA.S, FLOYD D. YOUNG did apply for a variance for a si6 81 setback from 6 feet to 5 feet from the north and south property line, ax 9 Block “E;”, as shown on Map No. 823, Assessor’s Book 35, page 126, 11 described as Lot 11, Terramar Unit #1, portion sf Rancho Agua Hedio 10 from 20 feet to 12 1/2 feet from t‘ne front property lir_e on property leg 12 #I, City of Carlsbad; and 13 WHEREAS, the C.arlsbad City Planning Commission did publish i 14 notice of hearing on October 17, 19 57, of a hearing to be held on Qctot 15 1957 at 7:30 P.M.; and 16 and parties who desired to be heard. 18 the recommendations, objections, protests and cow-rnents of all indivi( 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commission 19 NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the variance be app 20 as requested, for the following reasons: 21 1.
