A RESOLUTION 8F THE CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
THE ADOPTION OF A PRECISE PLAN FOR
THE AREA:SHQWN ON THE MASTER ZONING
PLAN AS "SPRUCE STREET"'.
RESOLVED that in the matter of that certain detail of the Mast
identified as "Ordinance No. 9060" the Planning Commission rates the
following:
1. A comprehensive Master Plan has been prepared and adoptr
the manner prescribed by law.
2. Said Master Plan was approved by the City Council on Octo
1956.
3. That on the motion of the Plan-ning Comxxission proceeding,
instituted for the consideration of all details in a proposed precise pla
Spruce Street; that a duly advertised public hearing was held on Noven
1957.
4. That the Planning Cornmission has received all recornrnenc
and heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed precise
for Spruce Street !
THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said propose
plan, all as shown by map containing words, figures and dimensions,
approved and recommended to the City Council for its consideration a
approva'l in the manner prescribed by law.
AND FINALLY R SOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be f
PASSED, APPEiO ED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
City Council held on the 1 th day of November, 1957, by the following
