RESOLUTION NO. 46
A RES@LUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A
CRIBED AS A PORTION OF TRACT 113,
CARLSBAD LANDS.
VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LEGALLY DES-

6 WHEREAS, RALPH F. WALTON, did apply for a variance to a1

a portion of Tract 113, Carlsbad Lands; and 8
reduction in lot width from 60* to 57.36*, on property legally describe
9 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish

legal notice of hearing on January 2, 1958, of a hearing to be held on
Janua.ry 14, 1958; and
12 WHEREAS, there were no protests registered by the surroundin

NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the variance be a1 14
property, owners;
be enabled to make use of his property. 18
