A RESOLUTION OF THE CAELSSAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION SETTING FORTH
FINDINGS OF FA.CT AND DETERMINING
THE DATE OF ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the request was made by a citizen to the Commissic

Commission under section 1706 of Ordinance No. 9060, 16
WHEREAS, certain determinations must be made by the Plannin 15
rnent provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and 14
Planning Consultant and the City Attorney as to the applicability of the

19 1. That the date of the establishment of the non-conforming built

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Item No. 2 of said variance
be approved, subject to the following condition:
1, That the ,offer’ of de-dication of property now used for street c
West side of the site be accepted by the City;
said variance being granted for the following reasons:
1. That the s,et back r-equest conforms .with other property in th
to the East, which is C-2 zone; and
2. That it will not be. detrimental to adjacent property owners.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Garlsbad City Planning Commission held on the 20th day of January,
by the following vote:

NOE’S: None
ABSENT: Commissioners Stringer and Engelmann.
