A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING CQMMISSIDN GRANTING A
VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LEGALLY
DESCRIBED AS THE NORTHWEST HALF
OF BLOCK 13, CARLSBAD TOWNSITE, AND
TRACT 94 OF CARLSBAD LANDS, IN THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD.

WHEREAS, GEORGE AND RQSE FREDKIN, did apply for a val

as the northwest half of Block 13, Ca,rlsbad Townsite, and Tract 94 ol 10
set back in an R-3 Zone from 10 feet to 0 feet, on property legally de: 9
to allow (1) illuminated non-flashing signs in an Rw3 Zone , and (2) sid
11 Carlsbad Lands; and
12 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish

notice of hearing on January 9, 1958, of a hearing to be held on Janua
