7 WHEREAS, LUISE W. AGUILAR , did apply for a variance to a.l'

a portion of Lot 9, Sunnyslope Tract, Map No. 486, City of Carlsbad; 9
reduction in lot width from 60' to 43.09!, on property legally describe
10 WHEREAS, the Car.lsbad City Planning Commission did publish

January 28, 1958, at; 7:30 P.M.; and 12
legal notice of hearing on January 14, 1958, of a hearing to be held 01
13 WHEREAS, there were no protests registered by the surroundin

as requested, for the following reasons: 16
NOW, THEREFGRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the variance be a1 15
property owners;
17 1. That this is a condition that has existed for several years, s
18 cannot be remedied; and
19 2. Since the house was originally built a street was put through
20 11 the conditions that now exist.
21 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
22 Carlsbad City Planning Commission held on the 28th day of January,
