A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING CGMMISSION RECOMMENDING
THE AMENDMENT TO SECTION 1912 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9060, SAID SECTION RE- LATING TO THE VOTE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL REQUIRED TO AMEND ORDINANCE
NO, 9060.
The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad dc
resolve as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Comm 16
