A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A
VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LEGALLY
DESCRIBED A.S A PORTION OF BLOCK "W",
PALISADES #2.
WEREAS, ROBEIiT E. BRAINARD, did apply for a variance tc

southwest 100 feet of the northwest 100 feet sf the northeast 200 feet o 8
reduction in sideyard from 10' to 5', on property legally described as

10 WEREAS, the Carlshad City Planning Commission did publish ;
