PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A
CRIBED AS THE WESTERLY 110 FEET OF
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL. NO. 4, AS SHOWN IN
BOOK 34, PAGE 134, IN THE CITY OF
VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LEGALLY DES-
