RESOLUTIQN NO. 60
A RESQLUTION OF THE CARLSDAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
RECLASSIFICATION FROM ZONE R-A to
PRQPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARL.SBAD.
ZONE C-2 OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED

6 The Carlsbad City Planning Commission does resolve as follows:
7 WEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on March 25, l!

an application from Pacific Plaza, Inc. , requesting a change of zone cla:
under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and
10 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 8tk

consider reclassification from Zone X-A to Zone G-2 sf that property de 12
of April, 1958 hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by lam
