ZONE R-1 TO ZONE R-3 OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 12, .IN- 5 6 WHEREAS, on the 8th day of April, 1958, the Planning Comr 7 through 12, inclusive, of Carlsbad Gardens, a proposed subdivision; an( 9 of a precise plan and reclassification from Zone R-1 to Zone R-3 of Loi 8 of the City of Carlsbad held a duly advertised hearing to consider the ac 10 WHEREAS, at said hearing the Planning Commission heard a 21 Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows: 14 NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of 13 said zone reclassification; 12 persons interested in or opposed to the adoption of said precise plan anc 15 (1) IT IS HEREBY FOUND by the Planning Commission that t 16 Carlsbad; that there are no oral or written protests to the adoption of th 18 inconsistent with any plans or officially adopted zoning maps of the City 17 proposed zone change and the adoption of the proposed precise plan are 19 j/ precise plan of the reclassification from Zone R-1 to Zone R-3; that the 20 2'1 owners of the property affected have requested the zone change and are City of Carlsbad adopt the precise plan for Lots 1 through 12, inclusive, 32 (3) IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the City Council of t 31 herewith by reference. 30 City of Carlsbad dated April 8, 1958, which summary of hearing is inco 29 more particularly set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission c 28 is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", the summary of such testimon; 27 is shown on the tentative subdivision map of Carlsbad Gardens, copy of 26 Kay Kalicka testified regarding the proposed precise plan, which precir 25 (2) IT IS HEREBY STATED that at said hearing above noted, 24 requested zone change. 23 Carlsbad will be served by adopting the precise plan and approving the 22 desirous of having the same effected; that the best interests of the City 1 r- e e
