RESOLUTION OF THE CdARLS3AD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO
B (1) AND C (l), TO ALLOW STRUCTUXAL CHANGES
STRUCTURES IN "G" AND "M" ZONES.

7 WEREAS, said Planning Cornmission did on the 8th day of April
8 adopt Resolution O€ Inteation No. 6, to amend Grdinance No. 9060; and
9 WEREAS, said Planning Commission did on April 22, 1958, hol

to Ordinance No. 9060, Section 1705 5 (1) and Section 1705 c (l), to all 11
duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law to consider an amr
