A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING THE
PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS
IN LIEU THEREOF A MODIFICATION OF ORIG-
DESCRIBED PROPERTY.

WHEREAS, WILLARD D, and LILLIAN M. GARRETT, did apy

described as Lot 41, Granville Park, City of Carlsbad; and 11
from 5.7' to 5&; and rear yard from 11.5' to 1 O', on property legally
12 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish ;

Planning Cornmission to consider said variance; and 16
WEZCEAS, on April 29, 1958 a special meeting was held by the 15
1958, at 7:30 P.M.; and 14
legal notice of hearing on April 10, 1958, of a hearing to be held on A.
17 WHEREAS, on April 29, 1958 said hearing was reopened by the
18 Commission and continued until May 13, 1958; and
19 WEREAS, at said meetings the Commission heard ali perso-hir
20 in and opposed to said variance,
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the variance be d

said modification of variance being granted for the following reasons: 26
2. Reduction in west side yard from 5.7' to 5*, 25
1. Reduction in front yard set back from 201 to 10'; and 24

as requested, and in lieu thereof, a modification of the variance be gz

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting ol 30
