PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A CRIBED AS LOT 4, TERRAMAR UNIT #1, 5 11 6 of a single family residence on a lot having unusual shaFaand topograpl 7 WEREAS, DAVID E, BAIRD did apply for a variance on the pk property described as Lot 4, Terrarnar Unit #1, in the City of Garlsba 8 9 WEREA S, the Carlsbad City Planning Cornmission did publish ; 10 and 11 notice of hearing on May 1, 1958 , of a hearing to be held on May 13, 1 12 -WEREAS, at said public hearing the said Pianning Commission 13 and parties who desired to be heard. .I4 the recommendations, objections, protests and comments of all ir,divi as requested, for the following reasons: 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the variance be ap] 15 17 1. That it would not be detrimental to any of the other propertic in the area. 18 19 2. That said property is pie-shaped, beach front property. 20 21 22 23 24 25 3. There were no objections made by adjacent prope’rty owners 4. All of -the front yards in the immediate neighborhood, with tl exr:eption of Lot 9, are substandard. 5. Lot 4 is a concave lot occupying the rniddle of an arc of a 90 bend in Shore Drive. 0 6.
