RESOLUTION NO. 71
A RE$OLUTION OF THE CMISBP;D CLTY PLANNING COMMXSSIOM GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
WHERE;AS, THE BOYS CLUB OF. CMLSBAD 9 INC * 1 did apply for
conditional use permit to permit the building of a gymnasium
the property described as Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block
Carlsbad Townsite, according to Map No, 775, in the City of
Carlsbad: and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publi

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Carlsbad City P1
