HomeMy WebLinkAbout1958-09-09; Planning Commission; Resolution 83V I 0 9 RESOLUTION NO. 83 ’ 2 3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CEY PLA&%RJG COPLKISSIOW REC0”DING THAT THE: CH&TGE OF ZONZ ON ROOSKiEGT STREET PETkW t+RAWD AVDUE ARB LAMPJA BRIVE BE DBJIED, P 5 6 The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Car 7 does resolve as follows: €3 &HEBEAS, on the 5th day of August, 1958, the Carlsbad Ci 9 Council did adopt Resolution of Intention No. 416 directing t 1-0 Carlsbad generally described as follows: 13 to Zone c-2 of that area on Roosevelt Street in the City of 12 hearing as provided by law to consider the rezoning from Zone 11 Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad to hold a public 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 150’ lying westerly of Roosevelt Street between its intersection with Grand Avenue and Laguna Drive; 150’ lying easterly of Roosevelt Street between its intersection with Grand Avenue and Laguna Drive, excluding therefrom all lands presently zoned C-2; and WiEREAS, the Planning Commission of tbe City of Cwlsbad did, on the 9th day of September, 1958, hold a duly advertise 21 22 public hearing as prescribed by law to consider the rezoning the above described portion of Roosevelt Street from Zone R-p 23 ll Zone (3-2, at which time all persons interested in or opposed 24 11 said rezoning were heard; 25 II NOR, TmWORE, the Planning Comzllission of the City of 26 27 20 29 Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows: (1) IT IS EFERmY FOUND by the Planning Commission that t proposed zone change is not supported for the following reaso a.
