PLAN.
The Car1sba.d City Planning Comission sf the City of Carlsbad does
hereby resolve as follows:
lfiamSs the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did on t‘ne 3rd dz
February, 1959, adopt Resolution of Intention No. 488 to amend the Haste
Park Plan by d-eleting certain areas therefrom; and
PEEAS, the Planning Conmission did on the 10th day of ]$arch, 195s
hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law to consider t
amendment sf the Naster Park Plan by deleting certair, properties descril
as follows :
All of Lots 1.5 and 16, of Cptimo Tract, according
to 7ta.p thereof No. 1885 filed in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego Comty, EXCEPTING
therefrom any and all properties conveyed to tne
State of California for freeway or roa6way puqposes.
The foregoing property is also described as Parcel
No, 35-80-16 and Parcel No, 35-80-17 or” the
Assessor Is Piap or“ the County of San Diego,
NOX, TIEEIt;.;FOl’&, a motion was duly made that the above described prc
ties be deleted from the Naster Park Plan for the following reasons :
1. To allow the owner to sell the property without any difficulty.
2, The,City does not have the money to buy the property and may
decide in the future that another site would be preferable.

failed to pass by the following vote, to wit:
