A RESOLU!L'ION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRAMTING A VAlUANCE OM PROPERTY
LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 5, KNOWLl3S TERRACE,

WHEREAS, EDWARD F. PETERSON did apply for a variance to allow a reduc
