CO~~ISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
5 WHEREAS, MARY If. MC KINNIE did apply for a variance to allow a reducl

Lot 4.0, Seacrest Estates, in the City of Carlsbad; and 9
Lane and Ridgecrest Drive, said property being more particularly describec 8
on property located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Meadow: 7
of side yard set back from 10 feet to 5 feet on the north side property 11 I
10 WHEREAS, The Carlsbad City Planning Conmission did publish a legal

18 surveyed the engineering firm made an error in locating the lot
19 boundary and did not discover the error until the house was almost

an unintentional human error and not wanton negligence. 22
2. The mistake in establishing the property line is the result of

the public welfare or improvements in the vicinity.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbzd C:
Planning Commission held on the 12th day of lhy, 1959, by the following
