WfEEBAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive on May 7
a tentative map of Woodland Heights submitted by Sandie Properties, owne:
and subdivider, located on the northeast corner of the intersection of
Tamarack Avenue and Adam Street, being a portion of Tract 241, Thum Lanl
according to Nap 1681, in the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEXWS, on May 26, 1959, the Planning Conrmission did consider the
tentative map as submitted, comprised of 21 lots; and
WmS, the Planning Comission did at that tine take into conside
the reports of the various City agencies and utility companies;
hTOV, THEXEFOTB, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of VOODLAND R
be approved, subject to the following conditionst
1. The tentative subdivision complies with the subdivision ordinar
2, Water mains are available on both Adams Street and Tamarack Ave
and sewer is available on Adams Street and can be extended to service tt
entire tract.
3. The drainage of this subdivision extends from east to west and
offers no problem.
4. The proposed improvements as shown on the tentative map, with 1
exception of the sewer and water mains, are satisfactory. The water &
should be 6" in diameter, and the sewer mains should be 8" in diameter I
the exception of that portion of the cul de sac running north and south
which can be 6'*,
j. All buildings constructed in this subdivision will be connectel
