The tentative subdivision complies with the subdivision ordinar 2, Water mains are available on both Adams Street and Tamarack Ave and sewer is available on Adams Street and can be extended to service tt entire tract. 3. The drainage of this subdivision extends from east to west and offers no problem. 4. The proposed improvements as shown on the tentative map, with 1 exception of the sewer and water mains, are satisfactory. The water & should be 6" in diameter, and the sewer mains should be 8" in diameter I the exception of that portion of the cul de sac running north and south which can be 6'*, j. All buildings constructed in this subdivision will be connectel the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 6, All domestic water supplied to this subdivision will come from Carlsbad City Mater Department, 7.
