NOhJ, THEKWGR3, 3E IT XESOLVED, that the conditional rise permit be
as requested, for the following reasons:
1, The location is ideal for an asphalt plant, which is the
intended use of the property,
2. The type of plant planned will create no dust, smog or noise
problerr: and will be an irfiprovement in the area,
3. There will be no hazard occasioned by the volume of traffic.
4, The construction of this plant will not be detrimental to the
public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements
in the vicinity.
5. Tne plant will create a few jobs for the local citizens.
6. The plant will increase the tax revenue for the City of Carisb
7* A creek coming from the Vista sewerage plant runs through the
property which can be utilized by the plant,
