A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAC CITY
PLANNING COVfiISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE
ON PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBEO AS A POR-
TION CF LOTS 5, 6 and 7, IN BLOCK A,
CORCING TO MAP 2027 IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD . ALLES AVOCADO ACRES, RESUBDIVISION, AC-

WHEREAS, J. FRED GERKEN did apply for a variance for reduction of f
81 yard set back from 20 feet: to 10 feet, and reduction of rear yard set bat

as a portion of Lots 5, 6 and 7, in Block A, Alles Avocado Acres, Resubd 11
Harding and Hadison Streets, said property being more particularly descr 10
20 feet: to 10 feet, on property located on the south side of Palm Avenue
12 according to Map 2027 in the City of Carlsbad; and
2.3 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a legal 1

1, Granting this variance will permit the land to be used to its
