5 11 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Conmission did receive on Novem

Incorporated, owner and subcivider, located on the northerly side of Forl

MEREAS, on December 22, 1959, the Plznnlng Comission did consider 13

WHEREAS, the Car1sba.d. City Planning Commission continued the hearin

6, A 24 inch storm drain pipe shall be installed from the iniersec
of Forest Avenue with B goad, with a headlwall on the south side of Fore
Avenue, extend-ing across Forest Avenue and along I3 goad to a point where
flow line of the pipe will neet the gutter grade of B bad, This drain:
will then continue along 3 Xoad to itswmporary end and through the acrc
to the north in an open ditch. (Note: This acreage is also a part of t
property but not under consideration a.s a subdivision at this time,)
7. The onsite 6 inch T.A.C. rcater main as shown on the tentative ?
meets with the approvai of the City .;,Eater Department. The Engineering
Department recomnends that a new 6 inch T,A;.C. water main be laid by the
Water Department, t7ith the City Council's approval, from Forest Avenue
(westerly) with its intersection with Highiand rjrive to the mcst wester1
limits of the subdivision,
8. Two (2) 6 inch standard fire hydrants shall be provided, one tc
loczted, at the northwesterly corner of Lot 11, and the other to be local
at the southwesterly intersection of Forest Avenue and idilson Street,
9, The sanitary sewer mains and manholes as shown on the tentativl
are approved by the L'ngineering Cepartnent but, inasmuch as these sewer
lead to an existing puzp on Forest Avenue, it will be necessary for eac:
