RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COEDiISSION GPANTLNG A VARIANCE ON F'ROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS PORTION OF CMLSBAD LANDS, TRACT 119, MAP 1661, IN TME CITY OF CAKLSBAD. 5 6 7 WHEREAS, ROBERT H. AND JOSEPHINE TALBOT did apply for a variance fol reduction of required frontage from 60 feet to 50 feet on property locate( 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 on the north side of Oak Avenue between Highland and Pi0 Pic0 Drive, said property being more particularly described as portion of Carlsbad Lands, 1 119, Map 1661 in the City of Carlsbad, and being 1303 Oak Avenue; and MHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a legal notice of hearing on February 25, 1960, of a hearing to be held on March I 1960, at 7:30 P,M.; and WHEREAS, there were no protests registered by the surrounding propc owne r s ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the variance be approved as rel for the following reasons: 1.
