The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does '
resolve as follows:
bJHEREAS, rhere was filed with this Commission on the 9th day of Feb!
1960, an application by Eonald A, i3rigg-s, requesting a change of zone
classification under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a legal
notice of hearing on February 11, 1960, of a hearing to be held on Xarch
1960, at 7:30 i?.Pi,; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 8th day 0:
March, 1960, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law 1
