RESOLUTION OF THE CLSLSBAD CITY
PLANNING CONPiISS ION RECOPSKENDING
AXENDNENT ORDINANCE NO, 9060, ARTICLE
5, SECTION 507, PI~~X&XAFHS (2) AND (3).
FIHERE(IS, said Planning Conmission did on the 9th day of February, 15
adopt Resolution of Intention Eo, 14, to anend Ordinance No. 9060; and
ld't!ER%S, said Tlanning Commission did on the 8th day of March, 1960,
hold a duly adverrised public hearing as prescribed by law to consider an
amendment to Ordinance No. 9060, Article 5, Section 507 as follows:
(2) "Lots required to have a minimum lot area between
10,000 square feet to, but not including 15,000
square feet, 75 feet.P(
(3) *?Lots required to have 15,000 square feet or more,
90 feet.1'
and
IHXRE[iS, said Planning Cornmission has found the following facts to
exist:
1. That this amendment would lead to better development of
property within the 10,000 square feet and 15,000 square
feet zones.
2. That this amendment would eliminate unnecessarily long and
narrow parcels.
NOW, THEREFOBX, I35 IT RESOLVED that said amendment to Ordinance No,
9060 is hereby recommended to be approved.
AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded tc
the City Council for its attention in the manner prescribed by law,
PASSED, APPkOVED AX2 AD02TED at a regular meeting of the ?lanning
Commission held on the 8th day of Fiarch, 1960, by the following vote, to
AYES: Chairman Stringer, Comissioners Netka, Zahler, IJard, Thornas,
Miller 2nd Jarvie
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
