A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY .PLANNING
COWIISSION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TO THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF SkRT DIEGO,
CORPORATION SOLE, ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS
PORTION OF THUM LAHDS TRACT 236 ACCORDING TO
TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION AND ESTABLISHMENT
OF A CHURCH, PAROCHIAL SCHOOL, AND STRUCTURES
PERTINENT THERETO.

WHEREAS, the ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF SAN DIEGO, CORPORATION SOLE, r(
