P. and LOIS V- SHEA, did apply for a variance for reducti 6 of minimum required lot frontage from 60 feet to 25 feet on one lot and fr 7 8 60 feet to 0 feet on a second lot to allow a lot split on property lying 0 1448 Forest Avenue; said property being a portion of Lot 1, Cedar Hill Add 9 the north side of Forest Avenue between Highland Drive and Olive Drive af 10 according to Map thereof No, 532 in the City of Carlsbad and being Tax As: 11 Parcel 9, Book 35, Page 53 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County; and 12 WEEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a legal nc 13 P.M.; and 14 of hearing on June 2, 1960, of a hearing to be held on June 14, 1960, at ' 15 WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Comission receive1 16 who desired to be heard; 17 recommendations, objections, protests and comments of all individuals and denied for the following reasons: 19 MOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said variance be 18 20 1.
