" I1 e a I 1 2 3 4 5 RESOLrJTION NO. 168 A XESOLUTION OF THZ CAXLSBAD CITY PLANKING CONW3ION RECONMENDING APPROVAL OF TiiE TENTATIVE N+.P OF LAS FLORES PLACE SUBDIVISION. WHEXEJS, the Carlsbad City F'lanning Commission did receive on June 9, ll a tentative map of Las Flares Place Subdivision, submitted by Allnav, Inc. 6 7 8 owner and subdivider, located on the north side of Forest Avenue between S Street and Olive Drive, being a portion'of Tract No, 6, Laguna Mesa Tracts 9 /I according to map thereof NO, 1719 in the City of Carlsbad; and 10 11 12 13 14 \MEREAS, on July 12, 1960, the Planning Commission did. consider the tentative nap as submitted, comprised of eighteen (18) lots; and IJblEREAS, the Planning Cmission did, at that time, take into cor.sidt the reports of the various City agencies and utility cDmpanies; NOW, THEREFGRE, BE I'll RESOLVED, that the Tentative Map of Las Flores 15 16 17 18 19 20 subdivision be approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. All buildings constructed in this subdivision are to be connected the public sewer system of the City of Czrlsbad. 2. -411 domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall come from t Carlsbad City Water System. 3. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision SO , 21 // prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. 4. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any 22 1 23 of the subdivision. 24 5. The power and utility poles shall be located according to agreene 25 26 27 28 29 30 between the City Engineer and the Subdivider. 6. One (1) standard 6-inch fire hydrant (1 - 4t*, 1 - 2-1/2t' outlets) be installed at the corner of Forest Avenue and Spruce Street. 7. A water main shall be installed to service the subdivision, the I ~ location of which shall be determined by the City Engineer a.nd the Subdil I 8. A grading plan shall be submitted to the Engineering Gepartment f I/ their approval. 31 9. The Subdivider shall provide street trees as required by Ordinanc 32 9050 of the City of Carlsbad. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices shal 4 installed in this subdivision. 5 12. A11 subdivision streets and improvements for existing rights-of-wa 6 shall be constructed to the standards of the Cityof Carlsbad. 7 13. All improvements required of the subdivider to be installed and dc 8 by the City Engineer, and no construction shall be commenced until such pl: g cated to the City of Carlsbad shall be described in improvement plans apprc 10 are approved. 11 14, The subdivider shall furnish the U, S.
