WHEREAS, Maurice S. Baird did apply for a variance for reduction of PLANNING COi4PIISSION GRANTING A VARIARCE 6 ac.cording to Map thereof No. 1722 in the, City of Carlsbad and being Tax 9 to allow a lot split on property described as portion of Lot 47, Seaside 8 the reduction of minimum lot frontage from .60 feet to 50.50 feet and 50 i 7 minimum lot area from 6,030 sqe fte to 5,050 sq. ft. and 5,000 Sq- ft. ar 10 b.ssessor's parcels 16 and 17, Book 35, Page 118 of the Assessor's Map of 11 Diego County; and - 12 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a legal I 13 July 12, 1960, at 7:30 P.M.; and 16 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearing 01 15 P.M. ; and 14 of hearing on June 30, 1960,- of a hearing to be held on July 12, 1960, ai 17 WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests registered by the sc 18 ing property owners; 19 NOW, THZREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the variance be approved as reqL 20 for the following reasons: 21 2.
