A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
PL.Uii\TING COWISSION DENYING REQUEST
FOR RECLASSIFICATION FROM ZONE R-1
TO WNE C-2 OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on the 7th day of July,
an application by ED:rJIi\T PI. AND NANCYE Pi. SHEPdYAN requesting a change Of zor
classification under the provisions of Ordinance NO. 9060; and

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a legal not
of hearing on July 14, 1960, of a hearing to be held on July 26, 1960, at :

.WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 24th day of

reclassification from Zone R-1 (one-family residential) to Zone C-2 (gener,
commercial) of the following described property within the City of Carlsbal
Portion of Tract 237, Thurn Lands, according to
Nap thereof No. 1681 of the City of Carlsbad; and
being parcels 1x1 and 2x1, page 137, book 35 of
the Assessor's Map of San Diego County.
I' /I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for reclassification
