Roy Br did apply for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of off-stre parking and recreation area, construction of a 6 ft. ornamental brick wa 11 11 along Harding Street and on property line of lots 21 and 22 and construc 12 13 14 15 16 of a 6 ftl chain link fence on top of wall on the northerly property lin of lot 21, and use of present Sunday School Building for pre-school day on property located on the west side of Harding Street between Pine Rven and Oak Avenue, more particularly described as lots 21,22,23,24 and 25, 58 Carlsbad Lands according to a Hap thereof No. 1744 in the City of Car 17 18 said property being parcels 25,26,27,28 and 32, ‘Book 35, Page 25 of the Map of San Diego County; and 19 11 \#EREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a legal 2o I/ of hearing on September 29, 1960, of a hearing to be held on October 11, *I II at 7:30 P.M.; and 22 I1 WEREAS, the said public hearing was held by the Carlsbad City Fla 23 I1 Commission on October 11, 1960 at 7:30 P.M., as advertised; and 24 25 WEREAS, at said public hearing the Planning Commission received t recomendations, objections, protests and coments of all individuals ar 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 parties who desired to be heard; and WHEREAS, thereafter the said Planning Commission considered each 2 recommendation, objection, protest and comment raised by any party at si public hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Carlsbad City Planning Con determines that a Conditional Use Permit shall be issued for tine appliec for the following reasons: I - 4 I; @ e 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 (1) That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or ditions applicable to the property or to the intended use that do not ap generally to the other property or class of use in the same vicinity and (2) That the granting of such Conditional Use Permit will not be ly detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or imp ments in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located. (3) That the granting of such Conditional Use Permit will not adv affect the comprehensive general plan. (4) There were no objections to the request. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Planning Commission held on the 11th day of October, 1960, by the follow vote, to wit: AYES: Chairman Jarvie, Cmissioners Davis, Hardwick, Grant, Mard Hughes.
