NO, 9060 BY CWLNGING ZONE FROM .. R-1-15000 Sq. ft TO ZONE R-T AND FROM ZONE .R-A TO ZONE C-2 OF THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK I), BELL4 VISTA TRACT AND A PORTION OF LOT I RANCHO AGUA HEDIONDA, BEING A PART OF TAX ASSESSOR'S BOOK 35, PAGE 105, FMCEL 7,.OF THE COUNTY OF SAN DIBGO. CJHEREAS, said P.lanning Commission did on the 25th day of OQtOber; 1960 adopt.Resolution of Intention No. 18 to amend Ordinance No. 9060; and WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 9th day Qf November, 1960, 'hold a duly advertised' public hearing as prescribed. by .law to consider' an ' amendment to Ordinance No, 9060 to change from R-A to C-2 the following described propertfr within the City of Carlsbad: The southeasterly,corner of.the entjre parcel in Tax Assessor's ' Book 35, Fage 105, Parcel 7, measuring appr0,ximately 300 ft. on the easterly side, 175 Et. on the southerly side, 275 ft, on the westerly side and 175 ft. on the northerly side and to change f.rom R-1-15,000 sqa ft. to X-T the following described property within the City :of Carlsbad: 'Lots 10 and 11, Block D. Bella Vista Tract, and to change The remainder of that portion,of Lot I, Rancho,hgua Hedionda, as shown in Tax Assessor's Book 35, Page 105, Parcel 7, of the County of San Diego from R-A-10,000 sq. ft to R-T and . .' WHEREXS, said Planning Commission has found the following facts to exist: .. .. .I 1.
