RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
ORDINANCE NO. 9060, ARTICLE 15, SECTION. .

I tJHEREas, said Planning Commission did on the 11th day of October, 196
adopt Resolution of Intention No. 17, to amend Ordinance No. .9060; and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 9th day of November, 19t
hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law to consider 2n
amendment to Ordinance No. 9060, Article 14, Section'1504, as follows:
By removing,from the zoning map the potential R-3 zones
in R-1 ' zones;
and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has found the following facts to
exist:
(1) That the conversion by precise planning from R-1 to R-3 of prop6

property owners are not required to meet; and thereby creates inequities.' 18

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said amendment to Ordinance No. 5

27 PASSED, APPROVED AiiD ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
