of hearing on December 1,; 1960, of a hearing to be held on December 13,
at 7:30 P&M.; and
WHEREAS, the said public hearing was held by the Carlsbad City Planning
Commission on December 13, 1960 at 7:30 P.M., as advertised; a.nd
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the Planning Commission received the re
mendations, objections, protests and coments of all individuals and part

NOW, TIIEKEFOkE, BE IT LESGLVZD that the Carlsbad City ir'lanning Comissi
determines that a Conditixal Use Permit shall be issued for the apzlied
for the following reasons:
I. That t5e granting of such conditional use permit will not be materi
detrimental to tk.e pu3lic welfare or injurious to the property or impro
in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.
2. That the granting of such conditional use permit will not adversely
affect the comprehensive generel ,lan.
