of heGring on February 2, 1961 of a heacing to be held on February 14, 15
at 7:30 P.M.; a.nd
WEREI:,S, the said public 'nearing was held by the Carlsbad City Planni
Commission on February 14, 1361 2t 7:39 F~I., as advertised; and
WHEREAS, at said 2ublic hearing the Planning Commission received the
recor!mendztions, objections, protests end comments of 2.11 individ.uzls and
parties who desired to be heard; and
WHEiXZBS, thereafter the said Planning Conmission considered e~ch and
1 recommendation, objection, protest and coment raise6 by any party at saic i
public hearing;

for the following reasons: I
(1) That tils- gra.nting of this conditional use permit lcill not be

unreasonably incompatible vrith type of use permitted in the surround-
ing area and zone.
(2) That the granting of such conditional use permit will be materiz
beneficial to the public welfare and will not be unduly injcrious to
the property or improvezents in such vicinity and zone in which the
property is located.
(3) The grenting of such conditional use permit will not adversely
affect the comprehensive general plan.
