The CarlSbad ci'ty Tlanning L"omissi0n of the City of Carlsbad does here
resolve as follows:

February, 1961, adopt i?eSOlUtiO2 of Intention No. 721 to amend article 15,
Section 1504 of Ordinance.:9060 by removing all present potential zone
classifica.tion fron the zoning map; and
