A RESOLUTION OF THE CBRLSBlQ CITY
PLANNING COM4ISSION RECOMMENDING
OF ORDLNAFQCE NO. 9050 BE WfNDED TO
REQUIRE SUBDIVIDERS TO CONFOR4 To SAD
THAT SECTION 300 (c), ARTFCLE LIZ,
ORDINANCE BEFORE FILING TENTATIVE IWSe
The Carlsbad City Planning Conmission of the City of Carlsbad does h
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Planning.Comission did on the 13th day of Juiie, 1961,
Resolution of Intention No, 17, to amend Ordinance No, 9050; and
WIEEEAS, said Planning Commission did on the 11th day of July, 1961,
a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law to consider an amen
to Ordinance No. 9050 as follows:
"(C) Ea& subdivider, or his authorized agent, shall confer with the
of the City Planning Cornmission and the City Engineer durfng preparz
of the proposed tentative map and prior to filing it with Che City,
Secretary of the Planning Commission and the City Ea, 0 ineer shall ree
general conformance to the requirements of the subdivision ordinance
before accepting a proposed tentative map for filing and the PPannir
Commission consideration."

WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has fsi~,?e;Z the following facts tO (
1, That it is required by public necessity,'convenience and the
general welfare of the city.
NOV,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said 8mendraent to Ordinance No, '
is hereby reconmended to be approved.
ANI) FINALLY RESOLVSR, that a copy of this Reablution be forwarded t1
the City couplcil for its attention in the manner prescribed by law.
