RESOLUTION NO. 221
A RESOLUTION OF THE CA.RLSBAD CITY PLAN-
NING CQMMISSIQN RECOMMENDING RECLASSIFI- CATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM R-3 to C-2.

The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does
resolve as follows:
b)p WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 22nd Day of August,
8 1 adopt Resolution of Intention No, 20 t to amend Ordinance No. 9060, by cE
9 from Zone R-3 to Zone C-2, the following described property in the City I 10 1 Carlsbad:

and 14; the southwesterly 175 feet of parcel 4 and the southwester1

, WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 12th day of Septembc

hold a- duly advertised public hearing, as prescribed by law, to consider
amendment to Ordinance No. 9060; and
WHEREAS, said Planning Cornmission did continue further considera.

said Zone change to the next regular meeting of the Planning Commission
September, 26, 1961; and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has found the following facts tc

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said amendment to Ordk

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the PI
