A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS PARCEZ 4, BOOK 203, PAGE 24 OF
THE ASSESSOR*S MAP OE' SAN DIEGO COUNTY

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a lega:
notice of hearing on September 28, 1.961 of a hearing ta be held on October
at 7:30 P.Mv; and
WHEREA.S, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearing
October 10, 1961 at 7i30 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Comm€ssion recei
the recommendations, objections, protests and comments of all individual
parties who desired to be heard;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said variz
be granted €or the following reasons:
1, That similar variances had been granted to surrounding property o-
