THE FINAL MAP OF SHELTER COVE SUBDIVISION.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING A SUBSTANDARD LOT IN
WHEREAS , the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did, on the. 23rd l
5 1 of November, 1960, recommend approval of the Tentative Map of Shelter
e [I Subdivision, submitted by KimSerly Investments .,I Owner and Subdivider;
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council did, on the 6th day of Decembel 7

WHEREAS Kimberly Investments, Owner and Subdivider did presen 9 1
approve the Tentative Map of Shelter Cove Subdivision: and
I1 lo 'Final Map of Shelter Cove Subdivision with Lot 13 substandard, being 3817
11 feet rather than 4000 square feet;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that said substandard lot be
approved as requested for the following reason:

1. That the unusual topography of the land would make it possible to b
