A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE OF A SIGN ON
PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF TRACT 115,
CARLSBAD ACRE TRACT ACCORDING TO MA.P NO. 775.

and
WHEREAS, The Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a Leg
notice of hearing on November 30 , 1961, of a hearing to be held on Decen

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearinl
