ROBERT D. GILLIAM did appLy for a variance to a1 5 AS PORTION OF TRACT 99, .'MA.P#1661 02 THE 6 south 'side of Oak between Lincoln Street and Washington Street, said pro 7 reduction in required frontage from 60 feet to 40 feet on property Locatec the City of Carlsbad; and being parcel 6, page 260, book 203 of the Asse; 9 being more particularly described as being portion of Tract 99, Map #16 8 I 10 Map of San Diego County; and 11 WHEREAS, The Carlsbad CLty Planning Commission did publish a Le; 12 parties who desired to be heard; 18 the recommendations, objections 9 pr0test.s and comments of all individu: 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commission rec 16 January 9, 1962; and 15 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearir 14 196.2, at 7:30 P.M.; and 13 notice of hearing on December 28, 1961, of a hearing to be held on Janu? 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said var 20 be granted for ihi following reasons: 21 1.
