6, The onsite street shown as Cove Drive shall be realigned from Lo
to 35, and the design of said street and improvements shall meet the req
ments of the City Engineer. Slope easements shall be acquired by subdi
along the westerly side of Cove Drive as requiyed by the City Engineer ,
"E-1" type curb and gutter shall be permitted on Cove Drive only due to
