Slope easements shall be acquired by subdi along the westerly side of Cove Drive as requiyed by the City Engineer , "E-1" type curb and gutter shall be permitted on Cove Drive only due to lot widths and excessive number of driveways anticipated. There shall 1 minimum radius at property line. 7, Because of extreme topography construction width of Park and AI shall be at the discretion of the City Engineer and typical sections shall revised accordingly. 8. An easement 20 feet wide shall be provided across the southerly of the subdivision for sanitary sewer main with 10 feet sewer easements ing to Cove Drive and Par.k Drive. 9.
