A RESOLUTION OF THE GARLSBAD CITY.PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS LOT 90, GRA.NVILLE RAEK #2, IN THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, BEING PARCEL 16, BOOK 203, PAGE 1’51 OF THE ASSESS0R”S MA.P OF SAN DIEGO COUl
WHEREAS, George Nardelli did apply for a variance for reduction in
yard setback from 20 feet to 15feei on property located on the west side (
